MA in Clinical Psychology, University of Windsor
PhD Candidate in Clinical Psychology, University of Windsor

Research Interest: Human Papilloma Virus and reactions to diagnosis, treatment and prevention issues. Aboriginal women’s health. Violence against women.

While completing my BA (Hons.) in Psychology at UNB, I had the opportunity to work as a research assistant for Dr. Poulin. As part of this experience I was given the opportunity to be a part of her research group meetings which greatly aided in the development of my feminist and theoretical perspectives.

After graduating with my BA I went to the University of Windsor where I completed my MA thesis on Men’s Reactions to Confrontations of Peer Sexual Harassment, under the supervision of Dr. Charlene Senn.

I am currently researching issues related to HPV, and will be conducting my PhD dissertation in the area of Aboriginal health under the supervision of Dr. Kathryn Lafreniere.
