Petr was caught by surprise (above) as he entered his last class to be greeted by the scene below. His last Geodesy II class (below; the heads, not the balloons) was the venue for a presentation from the Graduate Student Society.

Donnalouise Watts (a graduate student) baked a cake, and the Graduate Student Society president, Michael Sutherland, presented Petr with an engraved plate.
