Susan Voyer

I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours B.A. and from the University of Waterloo with a Masters of Applied Science in Applied Psychology. Since 2001, I have been working part-time as a research assistant for Sandi.

I first became interested in the study of human sexuality while attending a Canadian Psychological Association conference as an undergraduate. Thus, when the opportunity arose to work with Sandi, I jumped at it. The first project of hers that I became involved with was New Brunswick Students’ Ideas About Sexual Health Education. Since then I have assisted in the revision of her textbook, Understanding Human Sexuality and on many other interesting projects such as sexual health education elsewhere and the sexual well-being of individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
