These methods might include:

  • an anonymous report form (paper or online),

  • an anonymous survey (paper or online) conducted at regular intervals,

  • a hot line or 1-800 number,

  • designated contact people throughout the organization,

  • a workplace ombudsperson,

  • focus groups or interviews conducted by an external facilitator
