Green Imaging Technologies (GIT)

Green Imaging technologies held an open house in the MRI Centre Nov.2, 2006 to demonstrate their prototype capillary pressure instrument and to announce $250,000 in funding from the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA). They have now raised more than $1,000,000 in financing for their investments, most of it private sector investors in the region. Representatives from ACOA, the university, investors, and government attended; more than 50 people intotal. Dr. Harry Xie from Bruker traveled from Houston TX to see the prototype which is based on Bruker Minispec.
