Steacie Fellowship

The E. W. R. Steacie Fellowships are two-year awards recognising research excellence in Canadian Universities. The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) award the fellowships each year and in 2000 included Professor Balcom among only four recipients nationwide in science and engineering.
