PROP_DESC A brief description of the property.
PROP_TYPE A three-digit code describing the use of the property.
ASS_SEQ_N A sequential number describing the order in which assessors assess properties.
PID1 Parcel identification code.
NBHD A code assigned to properties in a neighbourhood assessed by one assessor.
TAX_CLASS Taxation class.
CURR_ASS The current assessment value. A value of zero means that no assessment value is available.
TAX_CREDIT Tax credit code.

The property type PRO_TYPE takes one of the following codes, not all of them present in this database.
