All Semantic Trilogy events will take place on the Sir George Williams Campus of Concordia University, located in downtown Montreal’s Quartier Concordia, a four-square-kilometer neighborhood surrounding the campus, which features cutting-edge facilities and is surrounded by many cafés, restaurants, shops and outdoor spaces. Hotels


A block of 30 rooms have been reserved at Le Meridien Versailles which is a five-start boutique hotel within 5 minutes walk of the conference venue. Rooms are available at CAD 136.00 per night (excluding breakfast and excluding taxes). This rate is available using the group code CUG07S only when making reservations by phone to Central Reservations: 888 627 8151. This is a small hotel (a total of only 55 rooms) so make your reservations early.

A block of 75 rooms have been reserved at the Novotel Montreal Hotel which is located within 10 minutes walk of the conference venue in the heart of downtown. Rooms are available for single occupancy at CAD 125 (with king bed) or CAD 150.00 (with twin beds) per night excluding breakfast and excluding taxes. This rate is available using the group code Semantic Trilogy 2013. One night deposit is required upon reservation. This is non-refundable if cancelled. Individual reservations can be made by contacting the Novotel Montreal Centre Reservations Department directly by phone at 514-871-2138 or 1 866 861 6112 (USA and Canada) or by fax at 514-861-6470.

Concordia University student residences have also reserved a block of rooms at the Grey Nun's Residence which is within 5 minutes walk from the conference venue. Note that these are student residences with shared bathrooms. A single room includes a single bed with linens and towel, desk, wardrobe, telephone, internet connection, sink and refrigerator at CAD 44.00 per night (excluding breakfast and excluding taxes). A double room includes two of each of the above (but only one sink) at CAD 64.00 per night excluding breakfast and excluding taxes).
